This is a busy, front-of-house role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling walk-ins, processing orders, answering enquiries and helping keep the branch running smoothly. Attitude matters more than industry experience. If you’re friendly, reliable, enjoy dealing with people and are happy to jump in where needed, we can teach you the rest. What You’ll Do Serve customers at the counter in a fast-paced environment Handle phone and email enquiries Process orders Build strong relationships with regular trade customers Replenish showroom stock and keep displays organized Support the team with general warehouse duties and occasional deliveries About You Positive attitude, reliable and willing to jump in where needed Customer service, retail or sales experience preferred. Trade or wholesale exposure is a bonus, not essential Comfortable dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a hands-on approach Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights Why TLE?
