**As the Pedagogy Coach, you will**:
- Lead and coordinate the coaching and mentoring of staff members, developing collegiality, building a learning and thinking culture, modelling innovative teaching styles and encouraging targeted professional development.
- Lead the development, implementation and review of teaching and learning strategies in targeted programs.
- Provide professional development and opportunities for self-reflection to teaching staff;
- Provide teachers with strategies and resource exemplars that support quality differentiated learning practices aligned to our school vision and values.
- Promote a culture of creativity and critical reflection through open and dynamic conversations.
