Administration Officer Job
This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours and days up to 24 per week, Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at our office in New South Wales.
The successful candidate will perform various duties including invoicing, data entry, document control, and timesheet processing using JD Edwards - Oracle system.
* Entering weekly timesheets for processing into our systems (JD Edwards - Oracle)
* Assist with generating invoices and purchase orders
* General document control and management
* Liaise with other departments within the organization as required
* Perform data entry and any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous employment history as administrator
* A proactive approach and energetic attitude towards work
* Sound to strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
* Previous experience with timesheet entry
* Current driving license and reliable transport
* The ability to pass a pre-employment medical functional assessment including a drug & alcohol test
