We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Agent to join a leading residential developer on a large-scale off-the-plan project. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality developments in strong growth locations, supported by established marketing, consistent buyer enquiry, and a collaborative sales environment.
You will step into an active sales pipeline with qualified buyer interest already in place, allowing you to focus on building relationships, guiding buyers through the process, and converting enquiries into successful sales. This role suits a motivated sales professional who enjoys ownership, accountability, and being part of a high-performing project team.

The Role
* Managing the end-to-end sales process
* Handling all inbound buyer enquiries and follow-ups
* Generating sales through database calls and networking
* Conducting buyer appointments and presentations
* Maintaining strong buyer relationships throughout the sales journey
* Keeping clients informed of market trends and project updates
* Driving team performance and contributing to overall project success
The Person
* Strong understanding of the off-the-plan sales process
* Proven ability to lead and mentor a small sales team
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
* Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset
