Job Description
The Senso Ground Training Instructor plays a crucial role in supporting the training, assessment, development, and delivery within the Joint Helicopter School. This position involves providing direct instruction to Navy ab-initio students, including regular engagement activities with Boeing Defence Australia, Navy, and Army Instructors as well as civilian staff.
Training will be delivered in a blended learning environment utilizing a combination of CBT, Tactical Part Task Trainers, and classroom-based tutorials. All instruction for this role is situated in a strictly ground-based training environment, specifically aimed at the veteran community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent;
* MH-60R Seahawk helicopter platform experience;
* Qualified Aircrewman Sensor Instructor or equivalent;
* Vocational experience as an ADF Military Flying Training Instructor.
Demonstrated experience in the Military Helicopter or Maritime technical domain, specifically knowledge and experience with some or all of the following: Maritime Tactical Operations, Maritime Airborne Mission systems, Maritime Airborne Mission Sensors, Naval Recognition, Operational experience as embarked flight aircrew.
