We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for our client, who are innovators in the camping / caravan industry.
Main responsibilities will include;
- Schedule, oversee and complete (as required) the preparation and delivery of new campers,
hybrids and caravans.
- Documenting quality issues in CRM and working with National Workshop Manager to
reduce the number of incidences
- Provide handover of new campers to customers / assign handovers to Workshop team to
complete with customers
- Schedule and where required, completion of warranty work including documentation, servicing, installation and insurance work, invoicing and customer communication
- Travel as required to meet with manager, attend conferences and expos
- Providing technical product training and knowledge to internal staff
- Assist with video creation for social media content
- Trouble shoot customers concerns over the phone
- When possible, assisting customers with product queries and exploring upsell opportunities
with existing customers
- Assist customers with queries on parts required and pricing. Order parts with suppliers in
conjunction with Accounts and Admin
You will need to display;

- Moderate computer skills ie. Word, Excel, Xero
