Work Flexibility: Field-based
At Stryker, our people drive our mission to make healthcare better. We're looking for a high-performing Account Manager to champion our Inari portfolio across WA and SA. This is a rare opportunity to build a therapy from the ground up and play a lead role in transforming vascular care across two dynamic markets. If you're someone who thrives in a challenge, loves seeking out opportunities and knows how to close, this could be your role.
Inari
The recently acquired Inari Medical is part of Stryker's fast-growing vascular portfolio, delivering innovative solutions for patients with venous diseases like deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. This is a cutting-edge therapy that removes large clots without the need for thrombolytics, helping patients recover faster and safer.
What you'll do
* Own the WA and SA territories, building deep hospital networks and winning trust with physicians
* Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across public hospitals
* Support the majority of cases in person
* Conduct product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs to promote Inari solutions
* Navigate complex hospital environments and collaborate across stakeholders to drive therapy adoption
What we're looking for
* A proven sales performer – success drives you, and you've done it before
* Resilient, tenacious, and patient — this is a slow build, not a quick win
* A natural business developer who thrives on challenge and loves to win
* Clinical aptitude is essential — if you're a fast learner and love highly clinical product portfolios, we'll teach you the rest
* Willingness to work irregular hours when needed — these surgical cases can arise unexpectedly so you need to be willing to respond fast
Why join us?
This isn't just another sales job. It's a rare chance to change the way care is delivered in a space that's ready for disruption. You'll be backed by a business known for its people, performance and purpose — but this role is yours to shape. We'll support you, but we won't hold your hand. You'll be the one who makes it happen.
* A winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results
* Quality products that improve the lives of customers and patients
* Ability to discover your strengths, follow your passion and own your own career
* A competitive remuneration package that rewards success
* Great company perks including but not limited to paid parental leave schemes, education assistance, wellbeing and volunteer days
