About The Role
As the Senior Strategic Communications Advisor, you will plan, produce and deliver communication activities across internal and external channels to promote Parks Victoria's impact and achievements. The role contributes to media releases, digital content, publications, and event coordination, ensuring outputs are accurate, audience-focused, and aligned with organisational and government priorities. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and hands-on support to deliver consistent, high-quality, and timely messaging.
We\'re Looking For Someone With
* Demonstrated experience in communications, media or public affairs roles in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation
* Proven ability to prepare high-quality written content and coordinate communication activities and initiatives that support strategic objectives
* Strong understanding of communications processes, approvals and public sector communication requirements
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated proficiency in CRM, CMS and EDM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365)
