A client is looking for a project work stream lead to support separation activities within their assigned workstreams (finance, legal, human resources, infrastructure, property, procurement)
Key Accountabilities
-Lead day‑to‑day coordination of workstream activities, ensuring alignment to the Separation Plan, TSA construct, and perimeter‑level sequencing.
-Develop, maintain, and baseline detailed workstream schedules in MS Project, ensuring accurate dependencies, critical‑path visibility, and integration with SMO planning.
-Coordinate and sequence task delivery across the workstream.
-Support planning and execution of readiness run‑throughs
-Ensure all inputs for Day 1 and Day 2 readiness are captured and delivered.
-Strong BAU operational experience in a relevant domain
-Experience coordinating complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience and Knowledge for Success
-To be successful in this role, you will come from an operation background having being a subject matter expert in any of the following domains (procurement, property and infrastructure, legal, payroll, accounts payable, people and employee services, IT and data)
-The role partners closely with the General Manager, making strong stakeholder management, relationship-building skills, and clear, effective communication essential.
