Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Coordinator to join their close-knit team in Brisbane. About the Role As a Building Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the customer journey across all stages of the construction cycle. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, certifiers, internal teams, and stakeholders; ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and customers are kept informed every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Manage administration and customer engagement from contract stage through to defect maintenance Prepare and maintain job files and documentation to company standards Assist clients with colour selections and variations Liaise with certifiers, surveyors, and engineers to ensure timely approvals Oversee covenant applications, permits, and compliance requirements Raise progress claims and ensure timely payment in line with legislation Monitor defect requests and escalate where necessary Provide proactive, professional communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the build About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities A proactive and solutions focused approach, able to manage competing deadlines Experience in residential construction administration or coordination is highly desirable Knowledge of building processes, approvals, and compliance requirements is highly desirable Benefits Join a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of work Supportive team environment with career growth opportunities Competitive salary package Be part of a business that values professionalism and customer care If you’re an organised, motivated professional looking to grow your career in residential property development and construction, we’d love to hear from you.
