12-month contract role - Senior BA with experience in Payroll implementation needed for large insurer

One of the biggest insurance companies in Australia is looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of a modern payroll and time solution. This role is critical to reducing risk, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience across a large-scale transformation program.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for performing detailed data analysis and supporting data migration activities across payroll/time systems, interpreting and reconciling large volumes of payroll/time data across platforms, identifying data requirements and interdependencies for SIT and parallel runs and mapping/documenting payroll processes and workflows.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale payroll/time implementations
* Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
* Experience with ETL processes and data validation
* Critical thinking and attention to detail
What you'll get in return
This role will give you the opportunity to work for one of Australia's largest insurers, on a hybrid, 12-month contract role with a daily rate of $800 - $900 + super per day (depending on experience). This role is open to candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane.
