* Proven ability to work effectively in a rapid paced portfolio/program or project team environment and prioritise/organise work within strictly defined deadlines and to the required quality.
* Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to define portfolio / program / project tasks, set priorities and coordinate activities effectively to meet competing deadlines, with a track record of proven and sustained outcomes.
* Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to a range of different audiences with a strong commitment to customer service, quality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead quality checking activities of documentation to be sent to high level executives ensuring adherence to the Queensland Health style guide as required.
* Maintain close working relationships with portfolio team members, executive support staff, managers and other stakeholders.
* Undertake project management activities by developing and maintaining formal documentation, records and registers in accordance with the project management lifecycle.
* Provide high-level support including maintaining databases, templates, dashboards, document management and filing systems for the portfolio.
* Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Qualifications registrations and other requirement's
* While not mandatory, relevant professional qualifications (such as PRINCE2) would be well regarded.
* Ability to work across South East Queensland sites.
