Argyle Housing is a community‐managed, not‐for‐profit, housing organisation. Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find accommodation and for disadvantaged people who need support in order to maintain independent living. Housing services include tenancy management and maintenance.

We have a portfolio of over 2,700 properties and offices in Campbelltown, Bowral, Young, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan and Canberra.
The Project Manager – Property is pivotal in the ongoing assessment, recommendation, and development of property‐related projects, procurement and capital recycling to ensure Argyle Housing meets its strategic objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, Asset Management and Growth (GM). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, researching, and reporting on a wide range of property opportunities and projects across Argyle Housing. Key result areas for this role include project analysis and assessment; data research; consultant engagement and management; communication and project administrative functions.
All roles within Argyle Housing are performed under the principle of "One Argyle" and with a commitment to client service delivery fostering the approach of 'no wrong door'.
Qualifications
* Relevant industry experience
* Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and delivering property projects
* Experience in Argus Estatemaster highly regarded
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly advanced Excel
* Strong grasp of financial and accounting concepts related to property, development and capitalization
* Practical ability to analyse written and numerical data
* Provide support and instruction to staff via phone/email
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the area of report and letter writing
* Possesses excellent problem solving, trouble shooting and effective communication skills
* Well‐developed organisation and time‐management skills including the ability to manage conflicting deadlines without affecting the quality of a project
* Knowledge of social housing policies and procedures
* Demonstrate collaborative, cohesive interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
* Ability to engage with team members at all levels of the organisation
* Ability to exercise sound judgement
* Current driver's licence
Desirable skills and knowledge
* Understanding of social and community issues impacting on social and affordable housing clients (desirable)
* Sensitivity and understanding of cultural and socio‐economic characteristics (desirable)
* Understanding of social and community housing or community services industry (desirable)
