We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist at our Saturday session toy library. We aim to provide an exceptional experience for families by ensuring that toys are well-maintained and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
* Transporting toys out to members' cars when requested
* Inspecting returned toys
* Greeting families and assisting safely transporting loans to cars
* Resolving and reuniting missing parts
* Supporting members with searching for toys
* Maintaining the library's appearance at all times
* Cataloguing new additions to our collection
* Complying with WHS safe working practices
* Lending toys to members via our database
* Operating key office equipment
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Providing excellent service to member families
* Possessing strong communication skills
* Proficiency in computer use
* Able to pay close attention to detail
All necessary training will be provided, enabling you to excel in this role.
