Job Opportunity: Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled occupational rehabilitation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working with individuals who have been injured or are living with a health condition, providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong case management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Case management: Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals and returning to health and work
* Collaboration with employers and employees: Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Communication and interpersonal skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
* Assessment and intervention: Conduct assessments and provide interventions to support clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in social work or a related field
* Registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* Strong case management and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
