Project Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project administrator to join our team in the Gympie region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with recent experience of office-based and/or on-site project delivery, timesheet processing, purchase order preparation, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting.
* Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork
* Data Entry
* Invoice and docket matching
* Generating purchase orders
* Handling correspondence
* Maintaining registers
* Timesheet entry
* Travel and accommodation bookings
* General Administration duties
* Responding to phone and email queries
* Assisting the project team as required
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Business Administration qualification (Cert 3/Cert 4/Diploma) and excellent time management skills. They will also possess good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
A current open driver's licence is required for this position.
