Responsibilities
As an Aurion Marketing Coordinator (Events & Communication), you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s creative energy and client engagement. This role is pivotal in bringing our brand’s voice and vision to life, ensuring every event, campaign, and piece of communication reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Head of Marketing in bringing the brand’s voice and objectives to life.
- Organise and manage sales and retention events, collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials and content, including blogs, press releases, website content, testimonials, and social media copy.
- Coordinate marketing calendars and campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Utilise data to develop communication strategies that align with business objectives, grow web traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and coordinate social media pages, including posting and responding to customers.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of design or marketing experience.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, events, or a related field.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Creative writing skills and a strong portfolio covering campaigns, editorial design, and brand development.
- Experience with social media creation and management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation, CRM tools, and online marketing strategies.
Desirable
- Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Atlassian, Microsoft suite (including Copilot), SERanking, and Wordpress.
