As a skilled Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways.
With a passion for empowering others, you will provide tailored support to NDIS Participants, Early school leavers etc, helping them develop and establish their vocational identity, and tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.
Deliver hands-on support to a small group of participants, ensuring a highly consultative and responsive approach to individual needs. Provide mentorship that fosters personal growth, encouraging skill development, and enhancing participants' capacity for meaningful employment.
* Support individuals transitioning from school to work, promoting their journey with empathy and strategic guidance.
* Facilitate workplace integration by providing on-site support once employment commences, helping participants adjust and thrive in their roles.
* Collaborate with employers to offer consultation and support, promoting inclusive practices and sustainable employment outcomes.
* Engage directly with students through school-based sessions, while also offering services within community settings and offices.
* Conduct dynamic workshops covering topics such as employer networking, personal development, skill building, social-emotional learning, and career planning.

Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Commitment to completing the NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
* Flexibility to travel as required to support service delivery and participant engagement.
* Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
