Role summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor providing both strategic and hands-on HR support to leaders and staff. A key focus of the role will be confidently managing complex employment relations matters ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices to strengthen organizational values.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to understand their business needs and provide HR support to drive business results.
* Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Lead complex employment relations matters including performance conflict misconduct and grievance resolution ensuring outcomes that are both legally compliant and aligned with organizational values.
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support the development of employees.
* Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Degree or Diploma of Human Resource Management or equivalent and/or experience to perform at this level.
* Satisfactory criminal record check.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Relevant experience in providing advice and support across the broad spectrum of human resource management and industrial relations.
* Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of employment law and applicable legislation.
* Demonstrated experience in performance management conflict and grievance resolution processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part плеч the team.
