Love Japan, the outdoors, and helping people plan epic adventures? We're looking for a passionate, energetic Japan Travel Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced team! You'll be the go-to person for helping clients book unforgettable walking trips throughout Japan. Think of yourself as a trip-planning wizard, customer service star, and sales pro all rolled into one.
What You'll Be Doing
Chatting with clients, answering questions, and turning their Japan travel dreams into reality
Creating custom Japan itineraries that inspire, specifically focused on adventure travel
Managing bookings from start to finish
Coordinating with our Japan-based teams to make sure trips run smoothly
Bringing your A-game to every interaction
What We're Looking For
Travel industry or customer service experience
Robust communication skills (you write and speak like a pro)
Organized, detail-obsessed, and excellent with deadlines
A love for Japan, hiking, and outdoor adventures
A natural problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks and still smile
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven workplace
