Research Position in Implementation Science
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Fellow to contribute to our team's research efforts in implementation science. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health services research and experience in conducting applied research projects.
Job Description:
The Research Fellow will work closely with the Deputy Director to develop and implement research projects related to implementation science, contributing to the growth of the Implementation to Impact program. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting high-quality academic research and developing independent research projects relevant to the field of implementation science.
* Collaborating with colleagues to design and conduct research studies, including trials, surveys, and literature reviews.
* Supporting the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations at conferences.
* Participating in the supervision of research students and contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A PhD in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent research skills and experience in conducting applied health services research.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement research projects independently.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
