Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Administration Officer to support a high-performing and fast-paced Parts Department based in Brisbane.
Reporting directly to the National Parts Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly across reporting, compliance, and administrative functions within a team of approximately 60 staff.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a structured, data‐driven environment and enjoys working across multiple operational touchpoints.
What you'll be doing:
* Create, maintain and analyse reports using Excel and Power BI
* Support day‐to‐day administration including data entry, invoicing and vendor returns
* Assist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Contribute to HSE and compliance processes across the department
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across workflows

* Advanced Excel capability (essential)
* Strong administrative background with exposure to HSE and compliance environments
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator who can work across teams
