**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Lead the ICT Application Development & Support function by working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and timely technical solutions
- Provide technical and people leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Application Development & Support team
- Chair regular Request Prioritisation stakeholder meetings as part of the overall ICT Delivery Model
- Keep abreast of emerging industry and technical trends for adoption where appropriate
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Exceptional and effective personnel management skills - either you have management experience, or you are interested into taking the step up into management
- Understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud concepts, and ITSM best practices
- Highly developed customer service skills evidenced in representing the organisation through courteous and professional dealings with all stakeholders.
- SDLC development and delivery experience on ServiceNow - demonstrated ServiceNow integration experience
- Experienced in AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and web services.
- Experience with Tableau, Kronos, and Azure Datawarehouse an advantage.
