About the Role
As a Meter Reader, you will record accurate meter reads and report any safety hazards across residential and commercial sites. Your day will consist of:
* Carrying out inspections of meters
* Communication with the billing team
* Conducting accurate meter reads
* Collating data within set timeframes
* Communicating with customers
What You'll Bring to the Role
With excellent presentation and communication, you:
* Are self-driven and focused on meeting deadlines, having a high level of accuracy.
* Can work autonomously, being a proactive problem-solver.
* Have initiative, integrity, and a strong focus on safety.
* Hold a current unrestricted Tasmanian driver's licence.
You must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered for this role. You must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
