We're a busy, well-established local pizzeria on the Mornington Peninsula looking for a hands-on Pizza Shop Manager to help run daily operations and lead the team.
This is a working manager role — you'll be involved on the floor and in the kitchen, not just behind a desk.

Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pizzeria
Dough making and preparation (experience required)
Staff rostering and shift management
Ordering and stock control (food, packaging, supplies)
Food preparation and quality control
Training and supervising staff
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards
Supporting service during busy periods
Working closely with the owners to keep the business running smoothly

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a pizza shop manager / restaurant manager / senior supervisor
Strong dough-making experience (hand-made dough essential)
Confident with rostering and ordering
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable leading a small team
Reliable, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
Available to work evenings and weekends
