About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including wound care and monitoring patient progress.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Assist with the coordination of patient appointments and flow.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families.
* Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic setting.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
* Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology.
