As a Senior Associate, Programs & Projects, reporting to the Manager, Programs & Projects, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth planning, administration, and delivery of internal learning programs and projects. You'll coordinate logistics, maintain accurate documentation, and provide responsive support across the learning portfolio and partner with internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

* Support coordination of programs and projects across Learning, Leadership & Talent Development: assist with developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans; track progress against milestones; flag risks or delays; maintain project plans, calendars, and reporting tools.
* Manage logistics and administration for internal program activities: organize meetings and communications; coordinate stakeholders; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions; maintain accurate records of program logistics, stakeholder communications, and project documentation.
* Provide team and stakeholder support: coordinate with Learning Business Partners, CoE teams, and internal stakeholders to support program delivery; offer responsive support to team members; help facilitate internal coordination across delivery teams and support onboarding and engagement for new projects and programs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement: participate in feedback loops and post-program reviews; share observations and suggestions to improve internal processes, delivery practices, and reporting.

What we're looking for:

* Experience providing administrative and coordination support in a team environment, with proven exposure to project documentation, scheduling, resource tracking, and maintaining project plans, calendars, and reporting tools.
* Strong logistics and communication skills: organising meetings and stakeholder coordination; preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; maintaining accurate records and documentation with high attention to detail.
* Collaborative, service-oriented approach: proven ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders; clear, timely communication; accountability and ownership to deliver tasks accurately and on time.
* Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility: proactively identifying process improvements; adapting quickly to new tasks, tools, and changing priorities; self-awareness and openness to feedback to grow and develop.
