Overview
This is a key support role within our warehouse and cold storage operations, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics administration, but we're equally open to candidates who are quick learners with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Administrative support within warehouse/cold store operations
* Accurate data entry and system updates
* Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams
* Monitoring and maintaining documentation for stock movements and dispatch
* Assisting with compliance, reporting, and general admin tasks
Qualifications
* Previous experience in logistics administration or similar (preferred)
* Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
