Job Title
A dynamic professional is required to deliver a range of assessment and learning services within the electrical engineering sector.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of educational frameworks, and be able to work effectively with learners, employers, and industry partners.
Responsibilities include managing learner caseloads, providing coaching and mentoring, delivering underpinning knowledge sessions, and maintaining quality standards within education.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assessing qualifications, facilitating enrollment in suitable courses, and developing training programs that meet industry needs.
Essential Requirements
* Possess a relevant qualification at minimum of Level 3 or equivalent
* Hold or be willing to obtain an assessors qualification (TAQA)
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Quality Assurance qualification (Currently 401 TAQA Unit)
* Hold Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above
* Possess or be willing to obtain a Digital Literacy Level 2 qualification
* Have experience of liaising and partnering with external managers in industry
* Demonstrate a commitment to the maintenance and development of quality standards within education
* Be competent in a range of digital technologies tools and applications, including Google and Microsoft products. Be proactive with new technologies and developments.
* Be able to plan and manage own workload, ensuring deadlines are met
* Display excellent time management and organisational skills
Familiarity with the Welsh language is desirable for this position.
