Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic partnerships initiative.
* Design, implement, and review engagement frameworks for subcontractors and suppliers.
* Provide specialist advice on culturally safe and inclusive sourcing strategies, tender readiness, and supplier participation planning.
* Manage supplier participation data, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards.
* Coordinate business capability and readiness programs to build commercial and technical capacity of First Nations and small to medium business suppliers.
* Develop procurement management tools, templates, and supplier relationship frameworks.
* Represent the organization at regional and industry forums to promote inclusion.
