This role is responsible for managing, organizing and coordinating with design team members to complete architectural projects from concept to construction documentation stages of work.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting design assignments that involve conceptual design, schematic design, design development & construction documents.
Providing design support for project completion and execution.
Leading and participating in project meetings and presentations; ensuring clients are informed about project progress.
Solving complex design problems through schematic design and design development.
Requirements:
Australian Registered Architect.
6+ years minimum postgrad experience in Australia.
Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and City of Sydney Planning Regulations.
Advanced Revit user.
Strong project management & control, and team leadership skills.
Strong client presentation skills.
