Leadership Role
As a leader in our early childhood education centre, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality programs that promote learning and development in young children.
Our team provides a supportive environment for Educators to grow their skills and confidence, and we are seeking an experienced leader who can mentor and guide them.
Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with Educators to plan and evaluate programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-6 years.
* Use your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to inform your practice and ensure compliance.
* Provide guidance and support to Educators to help them meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
* Engage with children through activities and experiences that promote social-emotional development and learning.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment that promotes a sense of community among families and staff.
* Ensure each room in the centre is presented in an immaculate manner, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements:
* Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
* Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in a similar role in an early childhood education setting.
* Ability to work as part of a collaborative team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
