The Opportunity
As Malu Health continues to grow its community of psychology clinics across Australia, we're looking for a skilled and hands-on HR Generalist to join us on a part-time basis (up to 3 days per week). We are open to discussing flexibility in how those days are structured.
Reporting to the Head of People & Org. Development, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day people operations - from being the first point-of-contact, managing initial queries, coordinating recruitment, building and updating our HRIS (EmploymentHero) and partnering with clinic teams for onboarding.
This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to evolve. You'll work with a wide variety of professionals - clinical, operational, and outsourced teams. It's a role where you'll play a key part in building our People infrastructure, supporting a scaling, multi-site health community.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the implementation and update of our HRIS,
Coordinate or lead recruitment drives,
In collaboration with the team, assist in the development and imlementation of new HR processes and policies eg. WHS, Professional Development, Staff Benefits,
Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay runs, particularly for new hires,
Manage the People inbox,
Partnering with Clinics, Operations, and other functions to enable People initiatives,
With scope for more as our health group grows!
What We're Looking For
3+ years in broad, HR generalist roles,
Experience in health care groups preferred or an understanding of clinics/practices,
Experience in high volume, end-to-end recruitment,
Experience in administrating EmploymentHero or similar,
Tertiary qualification in HR Management or similar.
