Retail Showroom Assistant.

Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms – Rockingham, WA

Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms is a well-established, locally trusted supplier of quality tiles and bathroom products. We are seeking a friendly and professional Retail Showroom Assistant to join our Rockingham showroom on a full time basis once training is complete.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role where you'll assist homeowners, builders, and trades with product selection and showroom enquiries. You'll be part of a supportive team in a busy but welcoming retail environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom

• Providing product information on tiles, bathrooms, and related products

• Helping customers select products to suit their style, budget, and project

• Processing sales, quotes, and orders

• Maintaining showroom presentation and displays

• Liaising with suppliers and internal team members as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

• Confident communicating with a wide range of customers

• Well-presented and reliable

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

Experience in retail, tiles, bathrooms, or building products is highly regarded, but not essential.

Basic computer, maths & english skills desired.

Sales experience desired.
