Your Opportunity: Become a Swim Teacher
This role offers an opportunity to earn while you learn, with a subsidised training course and a casual or part‐time position upon completion.
Training and Benefits
Training is provided at a subsidised cost of $160 (funded by the applicant). Kingswim covers paid water and training placement hours, enabling you to complete your Swim Teaching qualification.

Availability Requirements
Commit to one prime‐time shift per week for twelve months. Prime‐time includes either a weeknight shift or a weekend morning shift.

Responsibilities
* Deliver effective, engaging, and enjoyable swimming lessons to children and families.
* Maintain a reliable presence at all lessons and engage safely with participants.
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and education of children at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum age 16 years to hold a valid Working with Children Check.
* Proof of satisfactory Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a pre‐employment medical declaration.
* Commitment to Kingswim's safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Strong communication, enthusiasm, and customer‐focused attitude towards children's safety and wellbeing.

All positions are subject to satisfactory Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a pre‐employment medical declaration prior to commencement.
