We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to take over the leadership of our Sydney Airport branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the branch's continued success as we expand across Australia. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the Sydney branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives maintenance and cleaning staff.
* Drive sales with the customer service representatives and achieve the required KPI's.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to increase rental volume and profitability.
* Ensure the premises are fully operational and maintained, coordinating with contractors and suppliers as needed.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor and manage vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and manage a smooth transition to the new premises.
