Our Group IT team is seeking a Systems Administrator to join us at our Head Offices in Victoria Park. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, this role is ideal for a professional, adaptable, and forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure day to day operation, administration and support of the group IT platform
* Manage infrastructure and cloud environments to maintain availability, performance, and security
* Implement and control changes in line with ITIL processes
* Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues
* Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams
* Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site based locations
What you'll bring:
* Great customer service and communication
* Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Strong troubleshooting and customer service capability
* Windows Server and Active Directory
* Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Nutanix, PowerShell
* Other desirable but not essential skills include: Citrix, Cisco and / or Meraki Networking
