Full Job Description
MJD Recruitment is partnering with a respected ASX-listed property business seeking a Finance Administration Officer to manage Accounts Payable. You’ll work closely with a friendly and motivated finance team to ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently, helping the business maintain compliance and smooth financial operations. This is an excellent entry or early-career opportunity with exposure to corporate finance processes and the chance to grow within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full cycle of vendor invoices, including receiving, verifying, coding, and processing them for payment,
* Reconcile supplier statements and manage AP queries
* Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
* Provide ad hoc administrative support within the finance team
About You:
* 1 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or junior finance roles
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly organised and proactive
* Confident communicator and team player
* Eager to learn and grow within a supportive finance team
