About the role
We have an exciting chance that has become available to join our team as a Transport Manager, managing a team of Tow Trucks Operators.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Tow Truck Operators
* Maintain Rostering
* Facilitate recruitment of Tow Truck Operators
* Complaint/incident handling and resolution to implement corrective and preventative actions
* Monitor and provide effective communication with staff
* Creating and maintaining positive relationships with Key Clients
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
* Experience in a Leadership role within the Transport Industry
* Ability to recognise and implement priority of work tasks to a high standard of work productivity
* High level of motivation to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient computer skills and Transport Management system experience
