The School of Science at Edith Cowan University (ECU) is looking for an individual who is experienced in managing research engagement and partnerships. They will be responsible for conception, coordination and delivery of programs and initiatives that address the strategic objectives of the School of Science in aligning, enhancing and strengthening partnerships for research impact. Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Research, this role is responsible for building staff capability, growing and maintaining effective partnerships, growing research income and building the impact of research.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant scientific discipline, with significant experience across both academic and commercial environments.
Demonstrated success in coordinating and overseeing collaborative research projects with a range of partners to achieve research impact.
Ability to identify, build and maintain formal and informal networks and business relationships that are important to the achievement of job objectives.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing projects in response to organisational needs.
Ability for innovative forward thinking to achieve goals.
Well-developed collaborative approach within and external to the university environment

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing contract attracts the remuneration of $119,069 to $134,108 PA plus up to 17% University superannuation contribution.
