Our client is a leading supplier to the automotive industry, servicing trade customers across Australia with quality products, exceptional service, and reliable distribution solutions.

Due to a maternity leave replacement, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to join their Forrestdale branch on a 12-month casual contract.

This role offers comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit customer service team.

About the Role

Working as part of a Customer Service team and reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing invoices, credits, and customer returns
* Coordinating deliveries and liaising with freight providers
* Managing customer payments and banking activities
* Working closely with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked and dispatched correctly
* Assisting with stock transfers, inventory control, and stocktake activities
* Supporting general branch administration and operational requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Administration, or a similar role
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Sound computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday; rotating roster: 7:15 am – 3:30 pm, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* Training will commence immediately to ensure a smooth handover prior to the commencement of maternity leave in late July
