**The Company**:
For over 30 years, our client has been a highly recognised and successful Commercial, Retail, and Industrial property developer. They are currently seeking someone who is looking to further their career in the Property industry.
**The Role**:
In this role you will be assisting the Centre Management team with all marketing & administration-based tasks, as well as sourcing new casual leasing tenants - no day will be the same. You will have the opportunity to visit sites and assets and meet with both external agencies and clients. This is a huge opportunity for an efficient and self-motivated individual offering lots of room for career growth.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Prospect for new business opportunities & develop relationships with key clients
- Temporary leasing of vacant retail tenancies
- Manage mall space usage & liaise with the local community
- Prepare budgets for mall merchandising
- Monthly reporting, administration, invoice tenants & collect rent
- Preparation of information for marketing activities, retailer meetings, special presentations
- Assist in the planning and development of the marketing calendar and budget
- Assist in the communication of marketing activities to all centre staff
**Ideal Skills/Experience**:
- Experience in a similar marketing/sales role will be highly advantageous
- Sales background w/ passion for the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Degree qualified in commerce, business or marketing favourable
