Maverick is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across the business. This role is central to integrating systems, processes, and teams in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment, while ensuring operational continuity and strong governance.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to deliver structured, transparent, and value-driven outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across Maverick.
* Manage the integration of two businesses in an ISO-regulated environment, ensuring compliance and audit readiness throughout delivery.
* Oversee ERP and systems integration, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and connected platforms.
* Establish and apply structured project governance, planning, and reporting practices.
* Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
* Support go-live planning, operational readiness, and structured handover into business-as-usual.
* Provide clear, concise project reporting and delivery insights to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
* 5–7+ years' experience in project management or enterprise delivery roles.
* Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
* Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, with strong attention to controls and documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
* Experience using project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Asana).
Desirable:
* Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, AgilePM, or similar).
* Experience with enterprise ERP implementations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is desirable.
* Exposure to business integration, systems consolidation, or transformation programs.
* Experience in ISO-regulated, manufacturing, or operational environments.
* Involvement in digital commerce, supply chain, or international expansion initiatives.

Location: This role is based in our Brisbane Office (Eight Mile Plains) with occasional domestic travel to other sites on an as-needed basis.
