Job Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team to work across three amazing Apartment Projects. Your role will involve supporting Sales Consultants by providing assistance with daily sales office and administrative activities to support selling apartments, providing excellent customer service, Salesforce database management and follow up calls.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Consultants to achieve sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager
- Prepare reports and documents as required and coordinate sales and marketing related functions of display suite openings, releases, and project launches
- Gather market and competitor knowledge through research and networking
- Adopt legal knowledge relating to contracts, procedures, and legal representation
- Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management via a monthly report
- Coordinate sales floor plans, sales schedules and reporting as well as booking diaries and appointments
- Maintain a high level of presentation for display suites and sales offices
Essential Requirements
- Full‐time role, 5 days per week Monday–Friday, with availability to work some Saturday and Sunday
- Current Real Estate Certificate: Agent Representative Licence, Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Diploma of Property Services, or Diploma of Property – Agency Management
- Demonstrated commercial or financial acumen, administration or sales experience, solid database management knowledge, and customer service skills
