About the role Reece is experiencing growth in the Northern Territory and offering this exciting opportunity to become the next Branch Manager at our Plumbing branch in Katherine! You will be operational and leadership focused with a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have managed a team to reach sales targets help plumbers, other tradespeople, access the products they need. Your day-to-day This is a position of responsibility and accountability and as such we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to: Coach staff and Assistant Managers on the principles of running an effective and profitable branch e.g. selling techniques, customer service and staff motivation. Seek new business opportunities. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external suppliers. Display timely and quality decision making, working under tight deadlines and pressure. Display a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
