The Role
As the Junior Property Manager, you will be supported by a Senior Property Manager in all aspects of Property Management:
* Liaising with tenants
* Manage a small portfolio
* Respond to all phone and email inquiries
* Routine inspections
* Entry Condition Reports
* Managing Maintenance
* Admin duties
The Person
The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
* Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager - Leasing Consultants will also be considered
* Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
* Professional personal presentation
