About the role:
* Advise on significant Australian Government projects and programs.
* Support end-to-end procurement and contracting, including:
* approach-to-market strategy and documentation.
* running procurement processes from release through to negotiation.
* drafting and negotiating contracts through to signature.
* contract management, performance and variation advice.
* Provide commercial and contract law advice aligned to Commonwealth requirements and objectives.
The ideal candidate:
* 2–5 years' PQE in commercial practice (government experience beneficial but not essential).
* Exposure to project/program delivery and/or ICT contracting is highly regarded.
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
