Solution Design Expertise
We are seeking a skilled Solution Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in configuration roles, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Talent modules. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to planned timeframes.
The role combines process design and optimization skills with system expertise, ensuring the solution remains up-to-date and effectively engages with SAP representatives to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Co-ordination of solution enhancements with key stakeholders
* Configuration of solution enhancements across the SuccessFactors Suite
* Delivery of solution enhancements following Agile development methodology
