The role is responsible for coordinating in-house recruitment and sourcing activities across Australia, communicating and relating to people at all levels of the organisation and beyond.
* Lead full recruitment lifecycle for roles across ANZ.
* Collaborate with business areas to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions that support departmental strategy across a range of recruitment services.
* Work collaboratively with Global Capability Centre (GCC) to provide training and guidance on transactional recruitment processes.
* Deliver seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pools.
* Conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
* Anticipate and meet hiring needs through collaboration with HR and business leaders.
* Support strategic talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage accurate records and support recruitment reporting and analytics.
* Utilise appropriate platforms to advertise vacancies and manage responses effectively.
* Interview shortlisted candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
