This dynamic and high-impact role involves assisting customers with enquiries, educating them about online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their needs.
You'll help customers through personalised lending solutions and support digital literacy as we continue to innovate our offerings.ResponsibilitiesDeliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers across different branches.
Develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals and design solutions that meet their needs.Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking while keeping up with change.Guide customers through personalised lending solutions by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.Engage in on-the-job learning and other learning opportunities to advance your career.Build connections with customers and communities, supporting the bank's broader goals.This is a permanent, part-time position in the Brisbane Region, working across Ascot, Brisbane City & Holland Park, with travel as needed.
Roster is 72 hours per fortnight.Monday 8:30AM - 4:45PMTuesday 8:30AM - 4:45PMThursday 8:30AM - 4:45PMFriday 8:30AM - 4:30PMWhat you'll bring to the role / QualificationsStrong adaptability and flexibility, able to switch between tasks and locations regularly.Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions.Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.Eagerness to understand and share what makes Bendigo Bank different.A knack for teamwork and collaboration.Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry is a plus but not essential.A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to drive to different branches.Why work with us?
